How many guests can stay in one villa?
A regular villa can accommodate up to 12 actual guests. The minimum billable occupancy is 10 guests.
How does the ₱599 rate work?
The default nightly rate is ₱599 per billable guest. One villa has a 10-person minimum, so 1–10 actual guests cost ₱5,990. Guest 11 costs ₱6,589 and guest 12 costs ₱7,188.
Is the swimming pool private?
No. The outdoor swimming pool is shared.
What happens for more than 12 guests?
A submitted booking is pending until hotel staff confirms it. We will email you once it is confirmed.
When can I contact the front office?
The published front-office hours are 6AM - 12 Midnight. Call 0956 718 6543 for assistance.
