How many guests can stay in one villa?
A regular villa can accommodate up to 12 actual guests. The minimum billable occupancy is 10 guests.
How does the ₱599 rate work?
The default nightly rate is ₱599 per billable guest. One villa has a 10-person minimum, so 1–10 actual guests cost ₱5,990. Guest 11 costs ₱6,589 and guest 12 costs ₱7,188.
Is the swimming pool private?
No. The outdoor swimming pool is shared.
What happens for more than 12 guests?
The system calculates the minimum number of villas as the ceiling of total guests divided by 12. Each required villa carries a minimum of 10 billable guests.
Is an online booking immediately confirmed?
A submitted booking may remain pending until hotel staff confirms it or records the required payment, depending on management’s approved policy.
